    Biography

    Dr. Larry Hanping Liu graduated from Hunan Medical University (now part of Central South University) in China. He practiced general surgery in China for a decade before coming to the United States. He did his residency training at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. After receiving his medical license, Dr. Liu opened this clinic in January 1999, and has been proudly serving patients here ever since.

    OFFICE SURGERY & FAMILY MEDICINE

    All patients are welcome, including those with insufficient or no insurance.
    We are able to handle many procedures, including minor surgeries, here in our office, and save patients hundreds or thousands of dollars. Call for a free consultation regarding potential surgeries.
    We practice family medicine. We treat all common illnesses and refer patients to the right specialists as necessary. We can perform many types of medical exams and testing right here in the clinic.
    Appointments are widely available. Usually, walk-ins would be welcome, but: for the duration of the pandemic, due to shortened hours and reduced staffing, we currently advise calling ahead of your visit.)

        Dr. Larry Liu is an officially designated Civil Surgeon for USCIS's required immigration medical exam, Form I-693.

        We generally have availability for immigration exams every day, but we suggest calling for an appointment.

        1. Passport

        Other forms of identification may be acceptable. Please call us with details of your situation.

        2. Alien Registration Number (A-number)

        Not everyone has one of these. If you have been issued an A-number by USCIS, please bring it. This is a 9-digit number beginning with "A", and can be found on an EAD card and on some USCIS notices.
